Very nice Experience by the Sea!
helpful staffminimalist stylegreat shower room
I totally loved my time here! The staff was very nice and always ready to help. The room had this minimalist style that I appreciated. Plus, the shower room was huge and came with awesome sea views (I could have stayed there forever!). The room cleaning service was top notch.

The attractive pool area features comfortable loungers. The front desk is helpful. The clifftop platform offers a fine view of the sea (the pelicans flying overhead are amazing!).

The adjacent Mina restaurant provides a wonderful experience. The chef excels. The restaurant offered excellent chocolate cake (it was the best I've ever tasted!).

The staff were very friendly and sincere about guest comfort. Santiago, the waiter, always greeted guests with a cute smile. Concierge Santiago arranged a great snorkeling trip. I am so glad about this experience.

The location provides easy access to the town. The hotel is on a natural beach with dramatic views of the gulf. There are several good restaurant choices nearby.

mixed feelings about this stay
adequate locationrude staffrusted keys
the location was adequate, with close access to nearby restaurants.
i found the staff attitude quite rude. the check-in was a bad experience because the keys were rusted, so opening doors was really difficult. the absence of a fridge, given the heat, it's just not practical.
